Chocolate Energy Balls
Ingredients:
½ cup oats (40g)
½ cup desiccated coconut (40g)
16 Dates, pitted
¼ cup cocoa powder (20g)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (20ml)
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (20g)
Method:
Place the oats and coconut in the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse together until finely ground.
Add the dates, cocoa, sunflower seeds, and maple syrup to the food processor.
Pulse until it all comes together in a sort of dough that holds together.
Roll the dough into golf ball sized balls.
