Pinto Hummus

Serves 4 // Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:  

  • 400g Pinto Beans

  • 1 Tbsp. Tahini Paste

  • 1/2 Lemon (Juice & Zest)

  • 2 Tsp. Olive Oil

  • 2 Tsp. Chipotle Paste (Optional)

    Method: 

    1. Strain the pinto beans from the liquid using a sieve.

    2. Place all ingredients into a blender/food processor/Nutri bullet and blend until smooth.
