Green Smoothie

Serves 2.

Easy.

Preparation time: 8 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 180g Natural Yoghurt

  • 1 Pear

  • 100mls Milk of choice

  • 1/2 Apple

  • 20g Baby Spinach

  • 20g Curly Kale

  • 1 Stick of Celery

  • 5g Fresh Mint

  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

Method:

  1. Chop all vegetables and fruit.

  2. Remove stalks from kale.

  3. Blend until smooth.
