Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 Banana
1 Tbsp. Butter (can be left out if a non stick pan is used)
Pinch of Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
Method:
Mash banana in a bowl using a fork.
Add eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon and mix batter well.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Spoon batter into the hot butter and cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form and the edges are dry.
Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes longer until browned on the other side.
Repeat and serve with toppings of your choice.
