Banana Pancakes

Serves 2 // Prep time: 5 minutes // Cook time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter (can be left out if a non stick pan is used)

  • Pinch of Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder

Method:

  1. Mash banana in a bowl using a fork.

  2. Add eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon and mix batter well.

  3. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Spoon batter into the hot butter and cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form and the edges are dry.

  5. Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes longer until browned on the other side.

  6. Repeat and serve with toppings of your choice.
