Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup
Method:
Dice and cook the chicken until golden brown.
Fry the vegetables in a pan until soft, along with the herbs, ginger, and spices.
Add the bouillon to water and allow to dissolve, then add to the pan and simmer until all vegetables are cooked through. Blitz lightly.
Add the chicken and continue to simmer.
Add the noodles and simmer until cooked.
Serve along with a garnish as required.
