Blueberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 150g Frozen Blueberries

  • 400ml Whole Milk (or Dairy Free Alternative)

  • 1 large Banana 

  • 40g Oats

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
