Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Serves 6.

Cooking and preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 225g Dark chocolate

  • 300g Sweetened condensed milk

  • 225g Digestive biscuits

  • 75g Mini marshmallows

  • 95g Butter

Method:

  1. Break digestive biscuits into pieces in a bowl.

  2. Add marshmallows to the bowl.

  3. Melt chocolate and butter together.

  4. Add condensed milk and stir.

  5. Add the biscuits and marshmallows and mix all together until combined.

  6. Pour into a tray and let it set.
