Frozen Yoghurt strawberry Ice-Creams

Serves 6.

Easy.

Preparation time: 5 minutes & over night to freeze.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Full Fat Greek Yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

  • 1 cup Berries of your choice, diced and finely chopped

Method:

  1. Stir together all ingredients until well combined. Taste it to adjust the sweetness to your preference

  2. Add to a freezer-safe container or ice-cream moulds, seal, and freeze for 4-6 hours or until just firm, or overnight.

  3. Let sit for 20-30 minutes before serving to soften. Stir and mash it up before serving for the creamiest consistency. (Doing that will break up any ice crystals that form.)

Note: If using individual moulds, they will soften faster at room temperature.
