Mixed Fruit Smoothie

Easy.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 glass frozen fruit

  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt

  • 1 handful oats

  • 1 handful mixed nuts

  • 1 glass skimmed milk

     

Method:

Peel and slice the banana.

Blend the banana, frozen fruit and yogurt.

Add the oats, nuts and milk and blend again, until smooth.
