Yoghurt and Fruit Snack Pot

Serves 1 // Prep time: 4 minutes 

Ingredients:

100g (½ a cup) Low Fat Yoghurt

80g (handful) Frozen Blackberries

1 Tbsp Honey

¼ Granola Bar


Method:

1.     Put yoghurt into a suitable container (i.e. jar, bowl, glass, lunch box).

2.     Mix honey with the yoghurt.

3.     Defrost frozen blackberries* and add to the yoghurt mix .

5.     Sprinkle the granola bar on top to garnish .

*Note: Due to outbreaks of norovirus and hepatitis A virus in frozen berries across Europe in recent years, the guidance is to boil imported frozen berries for 1 minute before consumption. This does not apply to fresh or Irish frozen berries.
