Kale Apple & Hazelnut Salad
Method:
1. Grate the apple and soak it in a little salt water and lemon juice, this will help prevent discoloration.
2. Slice the cabbage and the kale.
3. Drain the salt water and lemon juice from the apple.
4. Chop the hazelnuts and heat them in a frying pan until lightly toasted.
5. Add together the cabbage, kale, apple, and toasted hazelnuts.
6. Make the dressing using the rapeseed oil, lemon, and mustard powder.
7. Toss the dressing together with the salad or serve on the side and enjoy.
